As a Lead Developer (iOS) working with us you will polish apps technically as well as develop, implement, and test new features for our apps and our clients’ apps. Furthermore, you will provide your ideas and support in the implementation of new features as well as overhauling existing source codes. As a member of our teams you will work with internal professionals from UX, Design & Backend as well as the clients’ employees. You will also coordinate with other development teams and ensure successful exchange in English and German with our clients. You will provide product owners internally and product owners of our clients with expert IT knowledge and support.

Responsibilities

  • Turn complex requirements of clients into actionable user stories
  • Coordinate tasks between the client, the client’s employees, and internal colleagues
  • Use pair programming, peer reviews and code retros in your daily work with the team
  • Write unit, integration, and UI tests to ensure technical quality
  • Develop and maintain features for the financial industry
  • Write clear and testable code and estimate efforts for new features
  • Analyse and fix issues and bugs

Languages

  • Fluent in spoken and written English (at least B2)
  • Fluent in spoken and written German

Requirements

  • You have already made functional decisions in different development projects
  • You have 5+ years of professional experience in Swift, iOS frameworks – vendor (e.g. UIKit) as well as third party
  • You are well experienced with CoreAnimation, Autolayout, SOLID principles and RESTful API
  • You are familiar with most popular design patterns (e.g. MVVM, Coordinator platform)
  • You are experienced with code versioning tools such as Git
  • You have experience with CI/CD platforms and Atlassian Suite
